When reporting an issue, please include

  • Which tool you used (e.g., image compression, video conversion) and what you expected to happen
  • Browser and OS, UI language, and whether you tried incognito mode or disabling extensions
  • Short reproduction steps, any error messages, and screenshots/console errors if available

Data & privacy requests

If you want to know what diagnostic data may be stored, request deletion, or ask about cookies/ads data usage, email us and we’ll explain plainly.

  • Request a summary of any diagnostic data that may be retained
  • Request deletion: share approximate date/time or email subject so we can locate it
  • Ads/analytics: questions about AdSense or analytics integrations

Quick troubleshooting tips

  • If a page won’t load, try incognito mode or temporarily disable extensions (ad blockers can interfere)
  • If upload/download fails, check network and browser permissions, or try a different browser
  • Avoid sending sensitive personal data via email; redact screenshots if needed
