This Privacy Policy explains how Apex handles information related to your use of the site and its media processing tools.

Our goal is to keep the service usable with minimal data collection while still explaining where browser-side and server-side processing differ.

Uploaded files are used only to perform the requested operation. We do not position user files as training material for unrelated model development.

Where processing stays in the browser, files remain on-device except for normal page/network operations. Where server processing is required, temporary files are retained only as long as needed to complete the task and maintain service reliability.
